Rehabilitative Pilates
The program is more than a gentle movement, it’s a clinically informed pathway to recovery and renewed strength. Ideal for managing injuries, postural imbalances or chronic conditions, the sessions at Nufloe focus on controlled, low-impact exercises designed to restore mobility, stability and functional alignment. A highlight is our in-house SLMC-registered physiotherapist, professionally assesses and provides ongoing support through the program. Our instructors and physio’s closely collaborate, ensuring your movement plan is highly personalized and safe to follow.
If recovering from surgery, managing pain or reintroducing movement after a setback, our Rehabilitative Pilates program is built to meet you where you are and make you move forward with confidence.

Active Agers Pilates
Movement has no age limit and neither does strength. Nufloe has thoughtfully crafted workouts for active agers wanting to stay mobile, strong and confident. Whether you’re new to Pilates or returning after a break, our experienced team will work with you to create a personalized program which meets your pace and goals. Our programs also incorporate preventative care approaches, addressing common concerns such as osteoporosis, joint stiffness, and postural imbalances, to help you maintain long-term health and independence.

Pre/Post-Natal Pilates
