This class is built to challenge and condition. Through a mix of resistance training, functional movements and targeted circuits, you’ll build strength, boost muscular endurance and improve overall performance. Every session is designed by our experienced movement specialists to push your limits while keeping movement safe, intentional and aligned.

Ideal for those ready to train with purpose, expect a full-body burn, elevated heart rate and especially for those who require results which go beyond the mat.

For a more tailored experience, choose a private session or move in sync with a friend in our duet sessions.

Nufloe offers a fully individualised Pilates experience, crafted to suit your personal goals, physical condition and movement journey. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, navigating pre/post-natal changes or simply seeking a more focused approach, this is your space for tailored support.
